.SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Harvesting Regional Food Bank in Texarkana received a wonderful donation Thursday, Nov. 20 from the Wilbur Smith Turning Nightclub.
Nightclub innovators presented the food bank with a check for $5,000. They stated they decided to make the contribution after the feedback Produce Regional made to help the Beverly area in Texarkana, Texas when a hurricane reached the region earlier this year.” Our team were able to speak to companions that our experts had there in the community, that were able to inform us what they needed to have. And fortunate, we currently possessed those products available, and our experts managed to load those on vehicles right here in Texarkana and also receive those things straight over to our neighbors that were struggling to fix their lives,” said Exec Supervisor for Harvest Regional Food Banking Company Camille Furrow.
